Over-The-Counter Medicines for Shelter
On March 30, 2026, Karuna Charities personally presented a boxful of over-the-counter medications to a Shelter Manager in Virginia to replenish the dispensary stock. The Manager expressed her gratitude and said they were a much-needed supply.
