Eighth Annual Golf Tournament Conducted

 The 8th Golf Tournament  held at the Reston Golf Course on June 22, 2008, was most enjoyable and successful.  Special thanks to the Golf Coordinator, Ajay Kalotra, who ran the whole show from contacting and scheduling the golfers to getting attractive prizes other than trophies for the golf winners.
The weather threatened rain and thunderstorm, but in the end it was hot and humid.  The golfers were in good humor inspite of the weather and were happily competitive.  They enjoyed the after golf snacks/drinks contributed by Kavita Kutheala and Sujata Avasthi. 

Board Member Savita Malhotra and Karuna Member Aruna Kumar were amongst the golfers. Webmaster and Editor of the Karuna Newsletter, Gita Bhatia, joined Charan Ahluwalia as a judge for the putting competition.  Special thanks to Tanvi Avasthi (registration) and Sangita Kalotra (brochure) for their contribution.
